Refund & Exchange Policy

We want Learners to be satisfied, so all Course(s) purchased on Lifeworks Learning Management System and its domain can be refunded within seven (7) days, provided the request of Learner meets the guidelines in our Refund & Exchange policy. Lifeworks reserves the right to modify the policy at any time without prior notice. Please ensure that you have read through our Terms of Services to avoid any misunderstandings.

Our 7 days Money-Back Guarantee 

Lifeworks shall grant Learner a seven (7) days Money-Back Guarantee from the purchase date of Course(s). While our money-back guarantee is to allow Learners to learn risk free, we also protect our Instructors from fraud and provide them a reasonable payment schedule. Payments will be processed after 7 days, and no refund request from Learner will be entertained after 7 days.  

We shall permit a refund to Learner ONLY under the below reasons:  

  • Course(s) enrolled by Learner is canceled by Lifeworks due to extenuating factors; or
  • Learner experiences incorrect quantity and/ or missing items in the Course(s) enrolled by Learner; or
  • Accidental purchase and inaccessibility to the Lifeworks Learning Management System; or
  • Instructor deleting Course(s) and/ or terminating Instructor Agreement with Lifeworks.

Additional Reasons To Denied Refund and/ or Exchanges

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following: 

  • A significant portion of the Course(s) has been consumed or downloaded by a Learner before the refund was requested. 
  • Excessive refunds/exchanges have been requested by a Learner. 
  • Learners who have their account reported, banned or Course(s) access disabled due to a violation of our Terms of Services.

How to Submit a Refund Request

Transfer of Subscription or Enrolment

In cases where Learners is not eligible for a refund, the refund will be granted by transfer of the Course(s) enrolment to another referred Learner, provided it otherwise meets our 7 days Money-Back Guarantee.

Learner may provide a referral to take the Course(s) they purchased in order to receive a refund.  Refunds will only be issued upon full payment by the referred Learner.
